We're looking for a passionate, evidence-based Senior Physiotherapist who enjoys solving complex musculoskeletal conditions, working with active individuals, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Position
Senior Physiotherapist – Musculoskeletal & Sports
Location: Vyayama Physio, Yemalur, BengaluruWhat You'll Do
- Assess, diagnose, and manage musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
- Develop individualized rehabilitation programs using evidence-based practice.
- Perform manual therapy, exercise prescription, movement retraining, and functional rehabilitation.
- Manage post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation.
- Treat acute and chronic spine, shoulder, knee, hip, ankle, and upper limb conditions.
- Work with recreational athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term self-management.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.
- Mentor junior physiotherapists and contribute to clinical excellence.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in MSK Physiotherapy.
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
- Experience in sports rehabilitation and return-to-play protocols.
- Knowledge of strength & conditioning principles.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and empathy.
