Job Description
We are hiring HR Executives to support recruitment and HR operations for EPC projects. Candidates with EPC or construction industry exposure will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Assist in site HR coordination
Prepare HR MIS and reports
Support employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or equivalent
2–4 years of HR experience
EPC / Construction industry background preferred
Good communication and MS Office skills
