About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Executive / Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day factory operations, ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, oversee manpower, inventory, and warehouse operations, and ensure timely dispatch of B2B and e-commerce orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Manage factory staff, allocate work, monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Oversee packing, labelling, batch coding, and finished goods quality.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, QC, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inventory.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and efficient utilization of machines and equipment.
- Manage warehouse operations, stock movement, and inventory accuracy.
- Handle dispatch planning for B2B and e-commerce orders, ensuring timely picking, packing, invoicing, and shipment.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries and minimize dispatch errors.
- Maintain production, inventory, and dispatch records and prepare daily operational reports.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Diploma with 2–3 years of experience in FMCG, hygiene products, personal care, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of production, inventory, warehouse, and dispatch operations.
- Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP/software) and good communication skills.
