Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions Focus: Make outbound calls to prospects and handle inbound admission queries.
- Lead Management: Convert inquiries into successful enrollments through regular follow-up calls.
- Counseling: Act as a representative for school counseling, explaining courses and school benefits.
- Record Keeping: Accurately update student details and call outcomes in the database/CRM.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills in English and local languages.
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in education.

- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and CRM software knowledge.
- Attributes: Target-oriented, patient, and persuasive.
