Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach Science to students of Std. 8th, 9th, and 10th (CBSE, ICSE, and/or State Board as applicable).
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based classroom lectures.
- Complete the syllabus within the scheduled timeline.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, worksheets, assignments, and practice papers.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer sheets, and provide constructive feedback.
- Clear students' doubts and provide individual academic support when required.
- Monitor student performance and maintain academic progress records.
- Encourage analytical thinking and application-based learning.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding syllabus planning and test schedules.
- Communicate student progress and concerns to the management when necessary.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or an equivalent qualification.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience (Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong command of Science concepts for Std. 8th–10th.

- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Effective student interaction and mentoring.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, and online teaching tools are an advantage).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
