We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest satisfaction, manage staff, maintain operational efficiency, and contribute to the growth and success of the property.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
* Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
* Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff.
* Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational costs.
* Maintain hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
* Prepare operational reports and budgets.
* Develop strategies to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
