Position: Warehouse Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, order processing, packing, and dispatch. The candidate will ensure accurate stock records, timely order fulfillment, proper documentation, and smooth coordination with internal teams and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inward and outward warehouse operations.
- Receive and verify incoming products against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Check quantity, quality, batch details, and product condition during receiving.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in ERP/software and MS Excel.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and systematic arrangement of products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch as per orders.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, dispatch records, stock transfer documents, and other warehouse documentation.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
- Identify and report shortages, excess stock, damaged products, and inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.
- Handle product returns, replacements, and reverse logistics.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Operations, and Accounts teams for smooth warehouse activities.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and inventory control procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory and dispatch reports for management.
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Software will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to handle physical warehouse activities.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG, wellness, healthcare, e-commerce, or consumer products will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
