About the Role
KM&N Media is looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Success Manager to manage client relationships, ensure smooth project execution, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are understood, expectations are managed, and projects are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Manage client onboarding, requirement gathering, and regular check-ins.
- Coordinate workflows across design, development, AI, content, and advertising teams.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports and project updates.
- Manage client expectations and proactively address concerns.
- Escalate issues when necessary and drive timely resolutions.
- Support client retention, account growth, and long-term relationship management.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling abilities.
- Experience working in an agency, digital marketing, or service-based environment.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, automation, websites, and online advertising.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a solution-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM and project management tools.
- Previous client-facing experience within agencies, SaaS companies, or consulting environments.
- Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and reporting.
