Royal Enfield PGS Motors is looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to support our Service Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer communication, service follow-ups, feedback collection, and ensuring an excellent service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers for service reminders and appointments.
Follow up on pending service jobs and customer concerns.
Collect and record customer feedback after service.
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop staff.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain CRM records and customer databases.
Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 year of experience as a CRE, CRM Executive, Telecaller, or Customer Support Executive.
Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Automobile dealership experience preferred.
