We are seeking a results-driven Product Sales Executive with SaaS experience who excels at closing value-driven deals and is comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve sales communication, productivity, and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the complete sales cycle for SaaS and HR-tech solutions
Deliver consistent performance against monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and manage pipelines across domestic and global markets
Engage with PMO leaders, Project Managers, Operations Heads, HR leaders, Founders, and senior stakeholders
Lead discovery discussions, product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closures
Position product capabilities as measurable business impact
Use AI-powered tools to draft sales emails, proposals, presentations, and follow-ups efficiently
Partner with marketing teams to convert inbound and outbound leads
Build long-term client relationships to support renewals and expansion
Share market feedback and customer insights with product and leadership teams
Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools
Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and readiness for future leadership responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in SaaS, Product, or B2B Software Sales
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Experience with Indian SaaS products is a plus
Exposure to project management tools, HR-tech solutions, or B2B platforms preferred
Good knowledge of AI tools and practical experience using them for sales communication and content creation
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Gamma, Canva AI, Tome, or Synthesia for:

Writing sales emails and follow-ups

Creating presentations and pitch decks

Drafting proposals and sales collateral
