Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Marketing Executive to promote and sell company products through telephone calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining product features, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers regularly to close sales.
- Maintain customer details and call records in the CRM/system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper product information.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to speak confidently over the phone.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Good command of Tamil & English (additional languages preferred).
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
