Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales performance in the assigned territory, building strong dealer relationships, and leading the field sales team. The role requires strong leadership, dealer network management, and the ability to ensure sales productivity and process compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory & Sales Management
- Manage and drive sales performance for the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure market share growth.
- Monitor OTO product penetration in the assigned market.
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Sales Executives.
- Track sales productivity and provide guidance to improve performance.
- Support the team in achieving individual and team sales targets.
Dealer Network Management
- Onboard new dealers and expand the dealer network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners.
- Conduct regular showroom visits and coordinate with showroom sales staff.
Operations & Process Compliance
- Ensure all sales processes and sourcing activities comply with internal policies.
- Monitor PDD clearance and tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational processes.
Market Intelligence
- Identify and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to management.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with operations, credit, and collections teams to ensure smooth business flow.
- Coordinate with the collections team to track early defaulters at the field level.
Reporting & Communication
- Share feedback and concerns raised by dealers and field sales teams with leadership.
- Provide regular performance and market updates to the Regional Manager.
