Job Summary
MAV Associates LLP is seeking a reliable, disciplined, and experienced Personal Driver for the General Manager’s residence at Gera's River of Joy, Goa. The candidate will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation, maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, and ensuring professional conduct at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive the General Manager and family members to offices, meetings, airports, social engagements, and other destinations.
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure vehicle documents, insurance, pollution certificate, and servicing schedules are up to date.
- Assist with occasional errands, deliveries, and administrative tasks as required.
- Monitor fuel levels and arrange refueling when necessary.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and business matters.
Requirements
- Valid LMV Driving License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
- Good knowledge of roads and routes across Goa and nearby regions.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and courteous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury or premium vehicles.
- Basic communication skills in English, Hindi
- Local candidates preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
