We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant & Client Support Executive to join our firm. The candidate will support back-office operations, client coordination, and investment-related activities.
Work Timings: 10am to 6pm
Location: Velachery
Immediate Joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain client records, reports, and company documents.
- Handle documentation, data entry, and record updates.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and messages.
- Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings.
- Support mutual fund distribution-related activities and assist in informing clients about investment opportunities.
- Manage client appreciation activities and relationship-building initiatives.
- Update enquiry and follow-up status regularly.
- Handle basic social media activities, including posting client birthday wishes and job updates.
- Support daily back-office and administrative operations.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in back-office support, client coordination, or administration.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Strong documentation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Experience in taxation, financial services, or investment-related activities is preferred.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,320.63 per month
