Hiring Pre-Sales Lead – Real Estate
Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Salary: ₹9 – ₹10 LPA
Experience: 5–8 Years (Residential Real Estate Preferred)
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Lead to manage lead generation, lead qualification, and pre-sales team operations for residential project sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound & outbound lead generation and qualification.
- Coordinate site visits and support project sales conversions.
- Lead and monitor pre-sales team performance.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and reporting dashboards.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential real estate pre-sales / project sales.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Team management experience preferred.
- Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
