The Nursing Tutor will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding nursing students in classroom and laboratory settings. The role focuses on delivering high-quality theoretical instructions , preparing lesson plans, supporting academic activities, and helping students develop strong foundational nursing skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
· Teach Nursing subjects as per INC curriculum.
· Prepare lesson plans , presentations , and teaching aids.
· Conduct classrooms lectures, lab demonstrations, and skill- based training.
· Assist in planning and supervising clinical postings.
· Evaluate students through assignments, internal exams, and practical assessments.
· Maintain academic records, attendance, and documentations.
· Provide mentorship, academic guidance, and counselling to students.
· Participate in seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
· Support the preparations of INC documentations.
· Ensure disciplined and a positive learning environment.
