Hiring: Housekeeping Supervisor
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise the daily work of housekeeping staff
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards
- Train and guide team members on cleaning procedures
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to prepare rooms on time
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and report inventory requirements
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards
