Job Summary
Swanip Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer with knowledge of Solar Energy Systems and MIS Reporting. The candidate will support the monitoring, reporting, and execution of solar and electrical projects while coordinating with site teams and maintaining project records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintenance of solar energy systems and electrical equipment.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and databases.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports.
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor solar plant performance and generation data.
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Visit project sites whenever required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Solar PV Systems, Inverters, and Electrical Equipment.
- Good understanding of MIS Reporting and Data Management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and report preparation.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Solar Projects, or MIS Reporting.
- Freshers with strong knowledge of Solar Energy and Excel may also be considered.
