Job description
The PPC/Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing Pay Per Click digital media strategies for clients. The PPC Coordinator should be able to quickly manage and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client's digital campaigns. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve business objectives for the many national & international brands we manage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads & other search engines and social media platforms for a variety of brands.
- Understanding different technology platforms, their features and be able to work with teams to write detailed future roadmaps and deliverables to manage digital marketing budgets to build brands, generate sales & enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Working closely with business leads to understand use cases, customer journeys, business applicability and digital impact in marketing.
- To create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for different verticals and products and services, including Media buying to maximize the performance of marketing campaigns with highest ROAS, LTV and low CAC.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/cross-functional teams including creative & content developers, media etc to influence them for quicker decisions.
- Experience in distributing content efficiently and measure impact across owned & earned channels (Website, email, blogs, social media pages, you tube etc.) and external channels such as LinkedIn, Quora, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit and content discovery platforms like Taboola, Outbrain etc.
- Proficiency with other tools like ahrefs, semrush, wordpress, shopify and understanding of SEO, SMM, SEM and email automation will be an added advantage
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, etc).
Google Ad Certification - Search, Video, Display
2-5 years in handling digital marketing of progressive B2C brands
Good written, verbal communication skills & design sensibility.
BE/BS Computer Science/Masters in Information Technology from a premier institute. MBA will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
