Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily inspection of electrical panels, wiring, DBs, MCC panels, and lighting systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Attend electrical complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain and monitor DG sets, UPS systems, batteries, and related electrical equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of indoor and outdoor lighting systems.
- Identify and rectify faults in wiring, switches, sockets, and fixtures.
- Maintain logbooks and record daily readings of electrical equipment.
- Follow all electrical safety norms and use proper PPE.
- Coordinate with vendors for major repairs if required.
- Ensure compliance with statutory electrical standards and safety regulations.
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI Electrician / Wireman certification / experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facility management or commercial/residential buildings.
- Basic knowledge of electrical drawings and troubleshooting.
