About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing department. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can drive innovative campaigns, manage the marketing team, and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the entire marketing team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Generate creative marketing ideas and campaign concepts.
- Plan and oversee online and offline marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and content teams.
- Build and maintain the company's brand identity.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Set team KPIs and ensure timely achievement of marketing goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities.
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, social media, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve business challenges creatively.
