Position: Kitchen Helper

Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards. The candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs in basic food preparation.
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and ingredients.
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
Store food items properly and follow FIFO procedures.
Assist in receiving and organizing stock deliveries.
Dispose of waste according to hygiene standards.
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
Support kitchen staff during busy service hours.
Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical stamina and willingness to learn.
Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
