Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy, and multitasking Admin & Accounts Executive to oversee our day-to-day office operations and manage foundational accounting tasks. This dual role bridges the gap between smooth workplace management and disciplined financial record-keeping, serving as a vital support pillar for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial & Accounting Duties
- Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions, manage journal entries, and maintain up-to-date general ledgers using accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
- Receivables & Payables: Generate, verify, and send client invoices. Follow up on overdue collections and systematically process vendor bills and payments.
- Reconciliation: Perform routine bank, petty cash, and vendor account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Statutory Support: Assist senior management or external consultants in compiling data for basic tax compliances like GST, TDS, or local payroll deductions.
- Expense Management: Oversee the office petty cash fund, verifying and processing employee expense reports.
2. Administrative & Office Operations
- Office Maintenance: Manage daily workplace upkeep, coordinate with building maintenance, and act as the primary point of contact for office vendors and service providers.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and procure office supplies, stationery, kitchen essentials, and basic IT assets.
- Documentation & Filing: Organize physical and digital archives, ensuring financial records, legal contracts, and general correspondence are secure yet easily accessible.
- Front-Desk Support: Greet occasional visitors, answer incoming corporate queries, and handle inward/outward courier and mail logistics.
- HR Support: Assist in basic coordination tasks like scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining attendance logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic accounting software (Tally or QuickBooks is highly preferred).
- Core Competency: A solid grasp of double-entry accounting principles, invoicing workflows, and office management procedures.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess strong time-management capabilities to switch seamlessly between administrative tasks and heavy numerical data entry.
- Mindset: A proactive, self-motivated attitude with high attention to detail and absolute trustworthiness regarding sensitive financial data.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
