Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to manage and execute civil works for a solar power plant project. The candidate should have hands-on experience in piling, MMS structure installation, and construction of key infrastructure such as MCR and inverter rooms, along with road and drainage works.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and supervise all civil works at the solar plant site
Manage and monitor piling activities for structure foundations
Oversee MMS (Module Mounting Structure) installation
Supervise construction of MCR (Main Control Room) and Inverter Room buildings
Plan and execute WBM (Water Bound Macadam) road construction
Ensure proper drainage system construction at site
Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for execution
Coordinate with project, electrical, and design teams
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project completion
Manage contractors, site labor, and material usage
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in piling works
Experience in MMS structure installation
Knowledge of MCR & inverter room construction
Hands-on experience in WBM road construction
Understanding of drainage systems and site development
Ability to read and work with AutoCAD drawings
Good site management and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in solar or infrastructure projects
Ability to work in remote project locations & PAN India
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
