We are Hiring TeleSales Executive
(Comfortable with rotational shifts)
Work Location: Santacruz, & Lowe Parel Mumbai
Shifts will be rotational (including night shifts). 8.5 hours
1 rotational weekoff .
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via video calls, chats, and messages to understand their fashion preferences and requirements.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling suggestions to enhance the shopping experience.
- Drive online and assisted sales conversions through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with potential customers to close sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless order execution.
- Maintain customer records, queries, and sales updates accurately in the system.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital sales, assisted sales, telesales, or online sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and deliver a premium customer experience.
- Preference for candidates from apparel, jewellery, or premium/luxury fashion background. Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including weekends).
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for fashion and styling.
