Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing professional with 2–5 years of experience to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of events and brand activations. This is a high-ownership role offering strong exposure to leading brands and end-to-end project execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Servicing
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
- Understand client briefs and coordinate internally with creative, production, and operations teams.
- Assist in conceptualisation and presentation of event ideas and proposals.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
- Handle on-ground event management and ensure delivery as per client expectations.
- Prepare post-event reports, feedback summaries, and documentation.
Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively during planning and execution stages.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management in events, activations, or experiential marketing agencies.
- Good understanding of event execution and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of presentations (PPT) and budgeting is preferred.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Mass Communication, or Management preferred).
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
