- Coordinate with designers, production team, vendors, and buyers for smooth execution of orders.
- Handle product development process from sampling till final production.
- Maintain fabric, trims, embroidery, and sampling follow-up with vendors.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of orders as per production timelines.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing details, and production trackers.
- Monitor quality standards and coordinate with QC team for approvals.
- Conduct regular follow-up with production units regarding order status.
- Maintain buyer communication regarding sampling, approvals, dispatch, and updates.
- Coordinate with logistics and dispatch team for shipment planning.
- Ensure proper documentation related to purchase orders, invoices, sampling records, and approvals.
- Monitor inventory requirements related to fabrics and trims to avoid production delays.
- Support management in achieving production targets and business objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality of designs, costing, and buyer information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising processes.
- Submit daily/weekly merchandising reports to the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
