Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Corporate Sales to drive business development, acquire new corporate clients, manage key accounts, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities from corporates, MNCs, IT companies, commercial offices, educational institutions, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, PMC Consultants, Facility Heads, Purchase Managers, HR, Administration, and Corporate Decision Makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Identify client requirements and propose customized modular office furniture solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts to close business.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to project execution.
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Production, and Installation teams for successful project delivery.
- Develop key accounts and generate repeat business.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B Corporate Sales.
- Experience in Modular Office Furniture, Commercial Interiors, Interior Fit-outs, Building Materials, or Workplace Solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings across Delhi NCR and North India.
