Job Summary:
We are looking for an advanced Mobile Technician who specializes in deep board-level repairs and micro-soldering. This role requires the precision and technical expertise similar to industrial automation electronics repair. You will not just be swapping parts; you will be diagnosing motherboard faults, replacing damaged ICs, and bringing dead devices back to life. If you are an expert with a hot air rework station and can reball an IC chip with your eyes closed, this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform intricate micro-soldering on mobile device logic boards and other compact PCBs.
- Diagnose, remove, and replace faulty Integrated Circuits (ICs), including power management ICs, audio ICs, and charging chips.
- Perform BGA (Ball Grid Array) reballing and surface-mount device (SMD) component rework.
- Trace microscopic electrical pathways to locate shorts, open circuits, and board-level logic failures using multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Read and interpret complex digital board schematics and boardview software (e.g., ZXW, PhoneBoard).
- Run jumper wires to repair broken traces and damaged soldering pads under a microscope.
- Maintain extremely high standards of ESD safety and clean soldering practices.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
