Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience across phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, offering appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
