Immediate Hiring – Project Management / Scrum Master
We are looking for a Project Management / Scrum Master for an immediate engagement to support ongoing software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Developers, Business Analysts (BA), QA, and DevOps teams for software development activities, requirement discussions, and bug tracking.
- Prepare and share daily project status reports with management.
- Provide daily project updates and status reports to clients.
- Track client-raised bugs and change requests from initiation through successful closure.
- Prepare user guides and maintain project-related documentation.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Scrum master responsibility related skills.
Qualification:
- MBA in Operations/Business Analyst/Finance.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Working Days: Monday to Friday, plus 1st and 3rd Saturdays
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full time permanent employment with one year retention bond.
Salary Package: Salary 4.8 LPA (Based on Candidate skillset) + Bonus of Rs.5,000/- on Quarterly Assessment and Payout
Selection is based on Candidates within 10 kms radius from Taramani alone.
