Main Purpose of the Job:-
To ensure accurate, timely and efficient execution of end‑to‑end employee life cycle & Position management, driving data quality, ensuring compliance with HR policies and enabling seamless employee experience and stakeholder management across locations
Key Responsibilities: List the main results which the job must deliver in order to achieve its purpose.
To provide expert support to the HRBS team in terms of process & system knowledge and execution of H2R activities.
Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes (HR Data Administration,)
Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities on employee data management as well as the HR systems and escalate to team lead as necessary
Executes validation of employee data management & prepares control reports for certain critical data/processes.
Ensure proper documentation of process updates on Standard Routines
Should be having hands on knowledge of MS Excel, Power point etc
Key Experience/ Education/Skillset:
Must hold a Graduate degree. Post‑graduate qualification in HR (preferred). Total 4–6 years of experience in Employee Life Cycle & Position management processes. Should be having Functional knowledge of ELC processes. Experience in Success Factors, SAP & ServiceNow.
