Travel Consultant (Holidays)
Location: Vattiyoorkavu, Trivandrum (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel plans.
- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in travel sales, tourism, or customer service.
- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
