We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and distribution partners. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through channel partnerships and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a strong network of travel agents, distributors, and channel partners
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners
Drive sales targets and revenue growth through channel partners
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and product presentations for partners
Monitor partner performance and provide strategic inputs to improve sales
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) for smooth execution
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Ensure timely reporting and maintain accurate sales data
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related field
Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in travel or hospitality industry
Strong network of travel agents and B2B partners (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
