We are looking for a BIM Engineer with mandatory experience in theming projects and GCC projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models, ensuring design accuracy, clash-free coordination, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and thematic models.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
- Prepare construction documentation and shop drawings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of BIM experience.
- Mandatory experience in Theming and GCC projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, model coordination, and construction documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
