Roles & Responsibilities

Design Leadership
- Lead architectural design from concept development to final construction documents.
- Develop creative and functional building designs.
- Review and approve design drawings, models, and plans.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.

Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and resolve design or construction issues.

Team Leadership
- Supervise junior architects, designers, and interns.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Review work produced by the team.

Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements.
- Present design concepts and proposals.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP engineers, and project managers.

Technical Oversight
- Prepare and review:
  - Architectural drawings
  - Construction documentation
  - 3D models and presentations
- Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and building codes.

Site Coordination
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
- Address construction-related issues.
- Ensure design implementation matches project plans.
