Receptionist – Job Description
- Handle patient registration (OPD/IPD) in HMS
- Manage incoming calls, walk-ins & inquiries
- Ensure zero missed calls & timely callback (within 15 mins)
- Guide patients for doctor consultation, tests & admission
- Coordinate with doctors, IPD, billing & counsellors
- Handle billing, receipts & payment collection
- Maintain accurate records and patient data
- Support Ayushman / insurance documentation
- Ensure smooth patient flow at reception
- Maintain clean, organized & professional front desk
- Handle patient queries and basic complaints politely
- Take daily Google reviews from patients (target-based)
- Follow all SOPs (admission, discharge, billing) strictly
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
