Job Title: Dispatch Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring dispatch activities to ensure the timely delivery of goods. The role involves working closely with the warehouse, sales team, transporters, and customers to maintain smooth operations and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and delivery routes.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials/products as per customer orders.
- Communicate with transporters and drivers regarding delivery timelines.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and gate passes.
- Track shipments and update customers and the sales team on delivery status.
- Maintain dispatch records and inventory logs.
- Resolve delivery-related issues and delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for loading and unloading activities.
- Monitor vehicle movement and support efficient dispatch operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce background preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, operations, or supply chain coordination.
- Basic knowledge of accounts, billing, and documentation processes.
- Working knowledge of Tally software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Understanding of invoices, GST documents, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, cement, construction, or related industries.
- Experience handling dispatch operations and transporter coordination.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Knowledge of GST processes and basic accounting practices.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
