Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to engage with prospective students, provide course information, and generate admissions through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, admission procedures, and fee structures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Schedule counseling sessions for interested candidates.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
- Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
