Achieve monthly/yearly volume targets to generate revenue as per the target plan.
· Ensure 100% coverage of listed customers as per decided frequency by achieving calls and productivity targets as per beat plan.
· Achieve targets for number of order, number of Line Items per order etc. at chemist points/ stores.
· Coordination and Management with distributors ensuring timely processing of the customer orders.
· Ensure timely stock deliveries to customers. Ensure payment collections to avoid bad debts from retailers and distributors.
· Share daily sales report, stock report and other reports as required by management.
· Focus on weak areas in assigned territory & help it improve through suggesting promotional and booster marketing activities.
· Acquire new chemist points/ stores in assigned territory.
· Provide Competitor’s & own strategy, product feedback to management.
· Ensure placement and maximization of product assortment at chemist’s/ Store’s shelves, and ensure product visibility.
