experience : 2–5 years of experience in interior site execution
salary : 25000 - 40000
Qualification : Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
skills : Strong knowledge of interior materials and site processes Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs Good communication and team coordination skills Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred Must be willing to travel across project sites
Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors Ensure work execution as per drawings and design specifications Monitor project timelines and update management on progress Handle material planning, site inventory, and stock tracking Ensure quality control and finishing standards at site Take site measurements and prepare execution reports Coordinate with clients during site visits and resolve execution issues Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness Follow up with suppliers and contractors for timely completion Report daily site progress through photos, videos, and status updates
