HR Executive — Daabu Jaipur

Responsibilities
- Hiring: Source, screen, interview candidates for floor sales and back-office roles; manage onboarding
- Firing: Conduct exit interviews, process termination documentation, handle full-and-final settlement coordination
- Training: Design and run onboarding/induction for new staff; conduct periodic refreshers on sales conduct and store SOPs
- Staff issue resolution: First-point escalation for grievances, interpersonal conflicts, and conduct violations; apply 3-strike disciplinary process
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience, retail/HR
- Hindi + English: fluent verbal and written
- Graduate
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
