We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting people and expanding our presence across Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit apartments, gated communities, and residential associations
- Build relationships with apartment management committees
- Meet hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and physiotherapy clinics
- Introduce Ginger/GIRAH Care services to healthcare providers
- Generate customer and referral leads
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Conduct promotional campaigns and awareness activities
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials
- Maintain daily visit reports using our CRM
- Follow up with prospects until partnerships are established
Daily Targets
- Visit 20 businesses/apartments
- Meet at least 10 decision makers
- Generate 10 qualified leads
- Schedule 2 follow-up meetings
- Submit daily activity report
Required Qualifications
- Graduate preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil
- Basic English communication
- Friendly and confident personality
- Strong negotiation skills
