Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer to capture high-quality photographs and visual content that showcase the company's people, manufacturing processes, products, events, CSR initiatives, training programs, and corporate culture. The Photographer will play a key role in strengthening the company's internal and external communication, employer branding, marketing, and documentation activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography & Visual Documentation
- Capture professional photographs of company events, employee engagement activities, training programs, CSR initiatives, and official functions.
- Conduct industrial photography of manufacturing operations, machinery, facilities, and workplace activities.
- Photograph diamond manufacturing processes, products, and quality-related activities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Take corporate portraits, leadership photographs, and team photographs for company communications.
- Create visual content for newsletters, annual reports, sustainability reports, social media, websites, and presentations.
Photo Editing & Content Management
- Edit, retouch, and enhance photographs using professional editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Ensure all images meet company branding and quality standards.
- Maintain a structured digital archive of photographs and visual assets.
- Prepare images in suitable formats for print, digital media, presentations, and marketing materials.
Coordination & Planning
- Coordinate with HR, CSR, ESG, Marketing, Administration, and other departments to understand photography requirements.
- Plan photography schedules and arrange equipment, lighting, and locations.
- Suggest creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas for company campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited photographs as per project timelines.
Equipment Management
- Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, drones (if certified), and accessories.
- Ensure proper storage, upkeep, and maintenance of photography equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- 2–5 years of professional photography experience.
- Experience in corporate, industrial, product, or manufacturing photography preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and editing skills.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless camera operations.
- Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and composition.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo-editing software.
- Creativity and visual storytelling ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Understanding of corporate branding and professional photography standards.
Preferred Skills
- Videography and video editing knowledge.
- Drone photography certification.
- Experience in social media content creation.
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
