Job Summary
VVP Soft Tech is looking for an experienced Google BigQuery Developer to support enterprise-scale data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google BigQuery, SQL optimization, data warehousing, and GCP services, along with experience supporting data integration workflows and ensuring reliable data movement across systems.
This role offers an opportunity to work on large-scale cloud data platforms, performance optimization projects, and business-critical analytics solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize data solutions using Google BigQuery.
- Write complex SQL queries and improve query performance for large analytical workloads.
- Build, maintain, and support ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
- Manage and integrate GCP services including Cloud Storage, IAM, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub.
- Support data integration workflows developed in .NET applications.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, reliability, and performance across multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot data processing issues and implement performance tuning strategies.
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Monitor data pipelines and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Follow data governance, security, and best practices within the GCP ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Big Data technologies.
- Hands-on expertise with Google BigQuery.
- Strong SQL development skills, including query optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience working with analytical workloads and large datasets.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and implementation.
- Experience with GCP services such as:
- Cloud Storage
- IAM
- Cloud Functions
- Pub/Sub
- Knowledge of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and best practices.
- Experience supporting integration workflows involving .NET-based applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Cloud Platform certifications.
- Experience with modern data architecture and cloud-native solutions.
- Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and DevOps practices within GCP.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Pay: ₹110,000.00 per month
