Position: Administrative Coordinator – Hospital Administration

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Coordinator to support the hospital's administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating licensing and regulatory compliance activities, managing Ayushman Bharat and health insurance-related processes, supporting hospital administration functions, and facilitating communication between doctors, nursing staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain hospital licenses, registrations, renewals, and statutory documentation.
- Liaise with government departments, regulatory authorities, and healthcare agencies for compliance-related matters.
- Manage Ayushman Bharat, government healthcare schemes, and health insurance documentation and processing.
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, and billing teams for claim-related requirements.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to hospital administration and compliance.
- Act as a communication link between doctors, nursing teams, administrative departments, and management.
- Support scheduling of meetings, departmental coordination, and follow-up on action items.
- Assist in NABH-related documentation, audits, and quality initiatives.
- Monitor and track pending licenses, approvals, and compliance deadlines.
- Handle correspondence with external agencies, vendors, and healthcare partners.
- Support patient service and grievance-resolution activities when required.
- Prepare administrative reports, presentations, and management updates.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Diploma or certification in Hospital Administration will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital administration, healthcare coordination, medical insurance, TPA operations, or regulatory compliance.
- Experience handling Ayushman Bharat, government healthcare schemes, licensing, or hospital administration functions will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of hospital administration processes
- Understanding of healthcare licensing and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with Ayushman Bharat and health insurance procedures
- Strong documentation and record-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
