Job Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all fabrication activities related to exhibition stalls, event structures, kiosks, and custom display units. The role ensures timely production, quality workmanship, efficient manpower utilization, adherence to safety standards, and successful installation at the event site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fabrication activities in the workshop.
- Interpret design drawings, technical layouts, and production plans.
- Coordinate with the Design, Project Management, Procurement, and Site Execution teams.
- Plan and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials for production.
- Monitor fabrication of wooden, metal, acrylic, glass, and branding elements.
- Ensure projects are completed within scheduled timelines and budgets.
- Conduct quality inspections at every stage of fabrication.
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain workshop discipline and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate material requirements with procurement.
- Supervise packing, loading, dispatch, and installation readiness.
- Prepare daily production reports and update project progress.
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment.
- Guide and train fabricators, carpenters, welders, painters, and helpers.
- Coordinate with installation teams during onsite execution whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of exhibition stall fabrication and event production.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and production layouts.
- Knowledge of carpentry, metal fabrication, painting, acrylic work, and finishing.
- Excellent team leadership and manpower management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quality control and workplace safety practices.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- ITI candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in exhibition stall fabrication, event production, interior fit-outs, or custom display manufacturing.
- Experience in supervising workshop fabrication and onsite installation is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
