Job Overview
Bhaskar Immigration is seeking an experienced and motivated Telecaller to connect with potential clients, explain immigration services, and generate qualified appointments for our consultants. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding immigration and visa services.
- Explain company services and guide clients through the initial process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Salary
Salary will be offered as per experience and skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
