Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to the Director
● Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
● Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as required.
● Handle confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
● Assist in meetings by taking notes, preparing agendas, and following up on action points.
● Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Customer Query & Coordination.
● Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
● Escalate and route issues to the appropriate department and ensure timely closure.
● Track and follow up on customer commitments made by various teams.
● Maintain updated customer records and communications in the CRM system.
● Draft professional responses, emails, and updates to customers on behalf of the
Director.
● Prepare periodic reports on query resolution and customer satisfaction for Director’s review.
● Ensure smooth coordination across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Customer Service
Coordinator, or similar role.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
● High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle project industries.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
