Develop architectural concepts, master plans, and detailed designs for urban development and aquarium projects.Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction documents.Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, BIM, and project management teams.Design visitor-friendly, functional, and sustainable spaces while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.Integrate life-support system (LSS) requirements into aquarium facility designs in coordination with specialist consultants.Prepare design presentations, technical reports, specifications, and tender documentation.Conduct site visits, design reviews, and coordination meetings with clients and consultants.Review contractor drawings and provide technical support during construction.Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.
